Privacy Policy
Who we are
King of Highways is made by VSG Labs Sdn Bhd, a company in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia ("we"). For anything about privacy, email faisal@vsg-labs.com.
What the game stores, and where
The game keeps your save on your own computer: which chapters are open, your medals and best times, the endings you've seen, your achievements and stats, your chosen driver, and your settings (volumes, controls, language). It stays on your device, and we never receive it. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its saved settings, removes it.
What the game doesn't do
- No account or sign-up of our own, and no personal details asked for.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking or crash reporting, ours or anyone else's. The game engine's own diagnostics are switched off.
- No in-game purchases.
- No voice or text chat. The voices in the game are pre-recorded and ship with the game; nothing you do is sent anywhere to be spoken or generated.
Steam
King of Highways is sold and run through Steam, operated by Valve Corporation. When Steam is running, the game uses Steam's features, and Valve handles that data under the Steam Privacy Policy:
- Achievements and stats. The achievements you earn, and progress counts such as takedowns and near misses, are sent to Steam and shown on your Steam profile as your Steam privacy settings allow.
- Leaderboards. Your best time or score for each chapter is posted to that chapter's Steam leaderboard, where other players can see it next to your Steam display name. Steam keeps only your best result per board.
- Purchases, downloads and your Steam account are handled entirely by Valve. We receive sales figures, not your payment or account details.
As the developer, Steam lets us see the achievements and leaderboards for our own game, including the scores and Steam display names on the leaderboards. We use them only to run and improve the game (for example, to see which chapters are too hard).

The WIKI button in the game opens this website in your web browser. Nothing is sent from the game when you do.
This website
These pages don't use cookies, analytics or advertising. They load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address (see Google's Privacy Policy). Like most web servers, ours may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, pages requested), used only to keep the site running and secure.
Children
We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone, children included. Steam's own age rules apply to Steam accounts.
Your rights
Because we don't hold personal data about you, there's usually nothing for us to show, correct or delete; your save is yours, on your device. For data Steam holds, use your Steam account settings or contact Valve. If you have a question or a request, email faisal@vsg-labs.com and we'll reply.
Changes
If the game ever starts handling personal data differently (for example, a new online feature), we'll update this page and the date above before that change ships.
